Welcome to our writing and learning website! This site is designed for students to improve their writing and thinking skills with gentle support. Some tools on this site use AI (Artificial Intelligence), like a digital helper, to give suggestions.
Who Can Use This Site
- Children under 13 must have permission from a parent or guardian.
- This site is for learning. It doesn’t replace a teacher or school.
AI Helper Tools
- Our tools use AI models (like ChatGPT) to suggest ideas or correct mistakes.
- AI is smart, but not perfect. A grown-up should review the suggestions.
- The handwritten work (images or PDFs) may be processed using other service providers to convert it into digital text for educational purposes. This data is handled securely and only used to support the user's learning.
Respectful Use
- Be kind and respectful in your writing.
- Don’t upload anything mean, copied, or inappropriate.
- We have the right to remove anything that breaks these rules.
What We’re Not Responsible For
- If a suggestion is wrong or confusing
- If a student doesn’t get a grade they hoped for
- If there are website glitches or errors
💳 Payment and Subscription Terms
1. Subscriptions and Payments
CICET.ltd offers both free and paid subscription plans. The paid plans provide access to additional learning tools, including a full daily streak, AI-assisted writing feedback and advanced vocabulary practice features. Subscription fees are displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
2. Payment Processing by Stripe
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a trusted global payment provider. By subscribing or making a payment on CICET.ltd, you authorise Stripe to process your payment information on our behalf.

CICET.ltd does not store or have access to your full payment details such as credit or debit card numbers.
3. Free Plan
The free plan allows limited access to selected lessons and quizzes that do not require AI. Users on the free plan may upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
4. Billing and Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the next payment date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your CICET.ltd account. If you cancel, your access to premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further payments will be taken after that.
5. Refunds
Because our learning content is delivered digitally and becomes accessible immediately after payment, we generally do not offer refunds once access has begun.
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate payment), please contact us through our Contact Form within 7 days so we can review your case.
6. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, your access to premium features may be temporarily paused until the payment is successful.
7. Price Changes
We may update subscription prices from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to continue or cancel your subscription.
