- We store only anonymised, non-personal system logs for the purposes of detecting and preventing security incidents. These logs do not contain identifiable user data.
- The handwritten work (images or PDFs) may be processed using other service providers to convert it into digital text for educational purposes. This data is handled securely and only used to support the user's learning.

💳 Payments and Subscriptions
Payments and Refunds
We use Stripe to securely process all payments. When you make a payment or subscribe to a plan, your payment details (such as card number and billing address) are handled directly by Stripe under their Privacy Policy. CICET.ltd does not store full card details.Because our learning content is delivered digitally and becomes available immediately after payment, refunds are generally not available once access has begun. However, if a duplicate or mistaken payment occurs, you may contact us through our Contact Form so we can review your case.
Subscription Management and Billing
If you subscribe to a paid plan, your subscription will renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the next payment date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your CICET.ltd account.When you cancel, your payment data and renewal status are updated automatically through Stripe. CICET.ltd only stores limited information (such as your subscription type, payment status, and renewal date) for billing, support, and legal record-keeping.
All payment information is transmitted securely and processed in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
